Joshua (Josh) Olson is seasoned Journeyman Electrician with a passion for fostering growth in others, An IEC Apprenticeship graduate himself, Josh brings a wealth of experience to the classroom.

His expertise spans a wide range of electrical projects, from residential new construction to intricate commercial troubleshooting. Throughout his career, Josh has honed his skills in problem-solving, consistently finding efficient solutions to even the most complex electrical challenges.

Beyond his hands-on experience, Josh demonstrates a genuine commitment to education. His dedication to the Apprenticeship Program is evident in his engaging and student-centered approach to teaching. For the past three years, Joshua has led year-two apprentices on their journey towards becoming skilled electricians, effectively translating complex electrical concepts into clear and practical lessons.

Josh’s enthusiasm for the trade, combined with his proven ability to share his knowledge, makes him an invaluable asset to our program.
