A proud graduate of the IEC Apprenticeship program himself, Dan brings a wealth of real-world experience to the classroom. His nearly 30-year career as an electrican spans a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. From custom homes and major apartment complexes to complex industrial facilities, Dan has honed his expertise across various electrical systems.

As a licensed Electrical Journeyman in both South Dakota and Wyoming, Dan’s practical knowledge is unparalleled. His passion for teaching extends beyond the IEC apprenticeship program, as evidenced by his 5-year tenure as an Electrical Instructor at Western Dakota Technical College. Equipped with a post-secondary teaching credential from the SD Department of Technical Education, Dan is committed to providing exceptional instruction.
